An Ultrasonic Paper Cup Forming Machine uses anything between 220 Volts to 380 Volts to function normally. They can make anything between 45 to 50 pieces within a minute. One operator may be enough to operate this machine most of the times.
They make two side PE coated holders with heaters that coat both the sides. They have automatic controls, automatic paper feeding, sealing, punching, knurling, curling and rimming functions. Some may also count the number of cups, seal the body by ultrasonic waves and the bottom sealed by hot air station. Most of these makers are fully automatic which can create different cups with different specifications and styles. They are highly easy to operate and the cost of maintenance is also very less. Low operational cost such as usage of power, electricity and other charges are incurred. With an air compressor, one of the accessories needed, it can function smoothly.
